Swooning over Jared Leto's ombre hair at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards got us thinking about other guys with great hair. The Thirty Seconds to Mars band member may sport lust-worthy locks. However, he isn't the only fella we'd consider trading bad hair days with. Here are nine male celebrities who give us major hair envy.

The ombre hair that started it all. Leto's meticulously-painted dye job accentuates his layered haircut and brings out his pale blue eyes.
Simon Baker
This Australian TV and film star's golden ringlets give Justin Timberlake's *NSYNC curls a run for their money. The chestnut brown color complements Baker's tanned complexion and pairs well with his warm smile and eyeglasses.
Johnny Depp
No other Hollywood actor can wear a bob with guyliner, a goatee and a dangling earring quite like Johnny Depp. This look isn't for your average wallflower -- it screams confidence.
David Beckham
We're still trying to perfect a quiff that comes close to that worn by Beckham. The sexy footballer just makes it look too easy.

It couldn't be more obvious why we fell hard for Ramamurthy, who is well-known for his role as the geneticist Mohinder Suresh on "Heroes." His jet black, shiny strands were enough to get hooked to the sci-fi drama.

If L'Oreal Paris were to formulate an at-home hair color that matches Anderson Cooper's silver hair, we'd happily and quickly go grey.

This R&B crooner's retro-inspired hairdo is always styled to perfection. Even when he's thrusting his pelvis onstage, Miguel's hair never moves out of place.
Russell Brand
Aside from Brand's weird antics and kooky facial expressions, the English comedian/actor is lucky to have some seriously stellar strands. Just check out those waves!

Speaking of curls, we'd be remiss not to highlight Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu's natural hair. His thick, curly locks are so precious that Head and Shoulders took out a $1 million insurance policy to protect them.
