After his life-changing Acne Keloidalis Nuchae (AKN) removal surgery with top AKN specialist Dr. Sanusi Umar, Adrian finally feels like he can relax and just be himself. Before surgery, every day was a balancing act: working overtime to save money, hiding his scalp bump under layers of clothing, and constantly worrying about how others perceived him. He was exhausted, anxious, and always on alert. Now, for the first time in years, Adrian can breathe. He wakes up each morning with clarity, peace, and a sense of purpose.

Taking A Breather
Since the removal of his painful AKN scalp bump, Adrian has learned how to slow down and live with intention. He no longer has to work overtime, so he finally has time to rest and rediscover what makes him happy. He’s exploring new hobbies, diving deeper into his creative passions, and pursuing side hustles and career opportunities that once felt out of reach. With the financial strain of surgery behind him, he’s also been able to start saving more and planning for the future. Life feels manageable, balanced, and filled with possibility.

Free From The Burden
“I feel like I’m not having to run around at 100 miles an hour all the time,” Adrian said on The BaldCast. Since being free from AKN, the strain on his mental wellbeing has significantly diminished. “Im not having to think about every little thing I’m doing, what I’m wearing, when I go out, how people are going to view me. I have a more healthy view of myself, whether I’m at home, at work, or out in public.”
