Do you accept insurance for cosmetic skin procedures? Is there financing for cosmetic dermatology?
Most insurance companies do not provide coverage or financing for cosmetic dermatology procedures. However, certain individual cases may qualify for refunds issued by a health insurance provider. Our clinic is happy to help patients fill out any necessary paperwork.

Do you accept insurance for medical skin procedures?
Although we do not accept insurance for medical skin procedures, we are happy to help our patients fill out any paperwork needed to be issued a refund by their insurance company.

Do you offer any type of financing for cosmetic dermatology skin procedures?
Our clinic does not provide direct financing for cosmetic dermatology skin procedures. However, we do work with a company called M-Lend Finance who can help provide individualized finance plans for interested patients.
How do I schedule an appointment for a skin procedure at your clinic?

Free ConsultationHow far in advance do my appointments have to be scheduled prior to my procedure or an in-office visit to your clinic?
We do not have any standard timeframes that we require for patients to schedule their appointments in advance. In-office visits are usually scheduled based on our availability. However, procedures are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.

Do you have a Spanish translator at your office?
We have Spanish speaking staff members who are happy to provide translations and answer any questions you may have.
Does your office have a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you notify our clinic at least 24 hours in advance.
Does your office have a refund policy?
Our clinic does not issue refunds for in-office visits or procedures.
