A Family’s Concern

John’s battle with this severe scalp condition was also being fought by his family. They could see firsthand how the inflamed, painful bumps and chronic swelling were affecting John, and they worried about the long term consequences of untreated follicular inflammation.

John’s sister was concerned about the emotional impact of his deteriorating scalp condition, knowing it could lead to feelings of sadness and dissatisfaction with his appearance.

Michael, John’s cousin, was deeply concerned for John’s well being and earnestly wished for him to regain a healthy and active lifestyle. He hoped that with treatment for these persistent back of head bumps, John could return to being present for his son, who misses him dearly.
